Before you ask
What you need to remake a TikTok.
- The link to one TikTok video. Not a profile, a photo post, a Shop product page or a live. A template from the library works too.
- Something to put in it. For a swap: a character set up in the Riffkit app, a product with a picture, or one sentence saying what to change. A new story needs nothing more.
- Your pick. Say which kind you want. If you do not say, the new story is the default.

The video, and where it is.

Limits
What a TikTok remake will not do.
- TikTok links. Riffkit takes links to TikTok videos. For a Reel or a Short, use the video file in the Riffkit app.
- Not from a file on your computer. A chat assistant cannot send Riffkit a file. For a video file, use the Riffkit app.
- The source video cannot be too long. A longer one is refused before anything starts, and your assistant can tell you the limit.

What it uses in credits.
Both kinds are counted for every second of video. A swap uses a higher rate than a new story on the same engine, and so does an aspect ratio added to a finished video.
